Returns
In-store Return Policy:
Credit card payment - you have two days to return. You will receive a store credit that does not expire.
Cash payment - you have two days to return. You will receive a full cash refund.
Shop at Home Return Policy:
Two days after your Shop at Home delivery arrives, we will come pick up any items that you don't want.
If you keep something past our pickup date, you have another two days to exchange or return it in-store for a store credit.
Shipped Orders (placed by calling us at 732-479-3400) Return Policy
Step 1: Within 7 days of receiving your order, send an email to dini@shopoutletandco.com with your name, order number, and list of items being returned.
Step 2: You will receive a return label. The return label must be scanned by the carrier within 3 days. $8 gets deducted from your credit to cover the return shipping.
Step 3: We receive your return and double check that its still in perfect condition. Then we issue you a credit in the form of a gift card. The gift card gets emailed to you immediately.
Step 4: Use your gift card at your convenience - it doesn't expire!
Please note:
Shipping charges don't get refunded. Also, if you got free shipping, and due to your return your total fell below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
