Quandary: what am I going to do if it doesn't fit?!
When getting clothing of this quality at such a low price point, we find return requests are rare. We're gratified at the level of satisfied shoppers we have!
However, ordering online is sometimes tricky, especially if you're between sizes.
That's why we happily help you return and exchange your item. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Email email@example.com or text 609-752-6581 within a week of receiving your order in order to start a return. Tell us which items you are returning.
Step 2: We email you a return label. The return label must be scanned by the carrier within 3 days. $8 gets deducted from your credit to cover the return shipping. You can also choose to use your own carrier or bring over by yourself if you'd prefer.
Step 3: We receive your return and double check that its still in perfect condition. Then we issue you a credit in the form of a gift card. The gift card gets emailed to you immediately.
Step 4: Use your gift card before it expires two weeks later!
Shipping charges don't get refunded. Also, if you got free shipping, and due to your return your total fell below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Anything bought at 40+% off is final sale.
