At Outlet & Co., we're on a mission to bring great deals to our customers. If you ordered something and it didn't work out - hey, we're happy to help you find something else!

Step 1: Click on "Request a Return/Exchange" on the bottom of our website's home page. It will ask you for your name and order number, and then allow you to choose the items you are returning. 

Step 2: You will receive a return label. The return label must be scanned by the carrier within 3 days. $8 gets deducted from your credit to cover the return shipping. 

Step 3: We receive your return and double check that its still in perfect condition. Then we issue you a credit in the form of a gift card. The gift card gets emailed to you immediately. 

Step 4: Use your gift card at your convenience - it doesn't expire! 

Please note:

Shipping charges don't get refunded. Also, if you got free shipping, and due to your return your total fell below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
